Many different kinds of vegan yogurts (soy-based, oat-based, almond based), different vegan milks (oat, almond, soy, plain, sweetened), Oatly cream cheese, vegan cheese slices, vegan butter...) and it was all arranged in a special section so other people wouldn't eat it by accident.
There are lots of Scandic hotels in Stockholm by the way, so if you'd rather stay in a different part of the city, you could still have a great vegan breakfast.
It was especially tortuous to see the huge section of refrigerated things like seitans, vegan meats, vegan cheeses, vegan yogurts, and on and on and on -- but not have a good kitchen or enough time to try them all.
A little restful downtime in this sweet spot, with a great hot coffee, and super delicious pastries ... just what the doctor ordered!
Oatly makes so many products, and as far as I could tell, they are all absolutely wonderful: ice cream, oat milk, cream cheese, oat-based coffee creamer, yogurts, and so much more.

Namnet betyder helt enkelt ”grönsaker”, och inramningen är onekligen rätt prosaisk.
Fräsch, färggrann och prisvärd vegomat som smakar betydligt bättre än på dyrare ställen.
Vin och dryck: En handfull olika öl- och vinsorter.
Det är variationsrikt, pinfärskt, läckert och brokigt – och för denna smakförlustelse (inklusive obegränsad påfyllning) betalar man skämtpriset 95 kronor.
Att det dessutom finns öl och vin gör ju inte saken sämre.

Jag var här och käkade lunch i helgen tillsammans med frun.
Vi var glada som fick ett litet bord för oss själva.
Sitter man vid ett större bord får man räkna med att dela bordet med andra sällskap.
Man får nämligen peka på maten som läggs upp av personalen.
Även falaffel, dolamdes och risbullarna var goda!

The statue of Astrid Lindgren welcomes you into what is one of Stockholm’s most visited attractions.

Opened recently in 1990, the prime exhibit here is the Vasa, a ship doomed by it’s own weight and height during it’s maiden voyage, that sank less than 1300 metre out into the water.
Salvaged in 1961 and put through intensive reconstruction, the Vasa looks as good as new is about 95% authentic to it’s orginal state.
