Det är inte genuint någonstans, men konsekvent och genomarbetat helt enligt konceptet för amerikansk söder på gränsen mot Mexiko.
Den grillade majskolven med majonnäs, ost och koriander (65 kr) är desto piggare och riktigt smarrig, om än svår att äta utan att tappa alla former av värdighet.
På en avgränsad yta med ett begränsat urval av ingredienser kräver det en finkänslighet för att skapa den perfekta balansen av smaker som ska gifta sig i munnen vid första tuggan.
Serveringspersonalen är trevlig men när de gång på gång missar att presentera maten och vi måste fråga vad som är på tallriken går de miste om en enkel poäng.
När vi tittar oss omkring och inser att de övriga gästerna nästan uteslutande är större sällskap som häver pitchers med margarita, frossar i nachos och ser ut att ha det bra blir vår slutsats följande: Geronimo’s FBST = ”Fyller Buken, Släcker Törsten”.

Pharmarium Address 7 Website This restaurant and bar is situated in an old Pharmacy opened year 1575.
It is heavily inspired from the antique pharmacy with strange and twisted ingredients.
The food is accompanied with a signature drink to create an interesting mix.
The drinks are really to die for and are served in the most interesting and passionate way we've ever experienced.
Best feeling is to sit in the bar since you get to see the damn fine masterwork as it's getting made!
