I spent my time talking to restaurant owners, sommeliers, and waiters looking to learn more about food and wine.
Here are a few of the most memorable places I visited: This is a wine bar with a 12 or so page wine list of all natural wines from old school and a few new school producers.
The restaurant itself was really fun with a great list of natural wines - all low production, low yield, biodynamic wines from people who are hands on and really care about what their making in the bottle.
This is where I ate cured salmon while drinking that bottle of Clos Rougeard (a super allocated wine in the US) that I received from my good friend from Frantzen!
This place is like a huge food hall; several different vendors selling different prepared foods and fresh fish to eat now or to take home.

Och att välja restaurang i turisttäta Gamla stan mitt i sommaren kan vara ett vågspel.
Men faktum är att kombinationen av alla språk som hörs runt omkring oss, den brittiska servitören och den ljumma kvällstemperaturen gör att vi liksom förflyttas bort från Stockholm.
